Nice rest stop with clean restrooms and lots of green space. Good area to walk your dog. Friendly staff
Very easy access to picnic area. There a several concrete tables. Many have shelters over them and some are out in the open if you want to be in the sun. There are a lot of information pamphlets inside to find out what to do in Alabama. There is one water fountain. It's an old one, but you can still fill up water bottles. The bathrooms are a little run down and could probably be cleaned more often. The staff is friendly.
Friendly staff. Grounds well cared for. Bathrooms need work (paint) but were very clean. Great for a quick stop. Would recommend to others.
I only stopped to use the restroom like so many other people and buy a can soda which is $1.10 with your credit card. The room with information is really nice and there were 2 people to greet you. I bet their job sucks.
My stay isn't over. We stayed here once before and we're very pleased. This time around our family was split between 3 rooms a little farther apart. But the lady up front was amazing with smoothing things over. Definitely recommend. They had everything ready and cleaned a day in advance.
