The manager is very rude and no help. They told me there was no chance to restore my phone (with pictures and contacts). They tried making me buy a new phone but I went home and after spending 3 hours with a VERY rude manager, I restored my phone with pictures, contacts, and everything in under an hour.
It's a cell phone store, the current staff is pretty rude, they don't really seem like they care one way or another. Been kind of disappointed lately.

I'm not sure how everyone is rating this store as great. Every single time I go in there is an issue that they can't do something. And today the lady that assisted me spoke to me as if I was ignorant and like she really didn't want to be there. I accidentally give her a phone that I had already that should've been charged. Her exact words "did you know you just gave me was way dead?". Well no I did not. I understand rules that may apply and you can not assist me. But don't waste my time by being an ass because you have to get off your chair. I hate this store!!!! I wasted so much time in here on different occasions. Tried to sell me a refurbished phone for same price as a new one. Would not check my phone for an issue and said I would need to purchase another one. And there are more over the last however many years I've been a customer that I can put on here. I was customer before it was tmobile. Sad sad sad... if I didn't have to come here for buisness purposes and not personal I wouldn't even be here. The only way to get good customer service is call 611. This store and employees suck!!! I don't know why they hire people like this. And almost all the time they won't do crap about the employees because the other ones including the management in the store denies everything except for how you act once you get angry. Tmobile...come on step up and get this store better for real!
